Enlightenment

The poems explore love in all its emotional textures—tenderness, passion, loss, and acceptance. As the relationship dissolves, the author turns inward, finding strength through solitude and growth.

What begins as heartbreak becomes a spiritual awakening. Guided by reflections on nature and the universe, the poet gradually reconnects with her truest self. The collection culminates in the most profound form of enlightenment: self-love and self-acceptance.

This book was born as a catharsis—a way to transform the painful emotions of a breakup into lyrical expression. Through living, expressive language rich in symbols and metaphors, I sought not only to process my own grief, but also to offer something meaningful to others who might be navigating heartbreak.

At its heart, Enlightenment carries a hopeful message: that healing is possible, and that by letting go of the past, we can free both body and soul. It’s about finding beauty in the pain, and emerging stronger, more self-aware, and more at peace.
