Summary
Zoey Sparks is a curious little girl who sees magic where others see ordinary things. With her imagination as her guide, she discovers underwater worlds, enchanted flowers, mysterious creatures, and fantastical adventures hiding in everyday life.
As Zoey explores, she learns to ask questions, look closer, and dream without limits. And with every new adventure, she discovers a beautiful secret: sometimes the most extraordinary magic isn’t found in faraway worlds, but it’s waiting right beside us.
Why I Wrote It
We live in a world where so much is expected of everyone—even children. From an early age, kids are pushed to prove themselves, to excel, to be the best.
All this pressure to perform and achieve can be overwhelming. It can make children feel like they have to win trophies or medals just to be seen or valued.
I wrote this book to remind kids that they don’t need to impress anyone to be worthy. What truly matters is doing something they love—and maybe even helping someone else along the way. That’s what makes them champions.
